Role & responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements to management and stakeholders.
• Developing and managing the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Conducting variance analysis to assess actual financial performance against budgeted figures.
• Conducting financial analysis on various projects, investments, and business proposals to assess their viability and return on investment.
• Providing recommendations for capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Overseeing financial systems and tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and ensuring their optimal utilization.
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial reporting and analysis through technology.
• Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support long-term growth and profitability.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices in financial management and reporting.
• Managing cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for daily operations and future investments.
• Evaluating working capital needs and optimizing cash utilization.
• Ensuring compliance with Indian tax regulations, including income tax, GST, and other applicable taxes.
• Identifying and managing financial risks, such as currency exchange risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.
