Assistant Manager - Human Resource

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Handle joining formalities for new hires and ensure smooth induction into the organization.
• Oversee leave management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely approvals.
• Coordinate talent hiring initiatives to attract top candidates in the industry.
• Ensure compliance with all HR generalist activities such as employee engagement surveys, exit interviews, etc.
• Facilitate Performance Management Process
• Assist HR & Admin HoD in Learning & Development Initiatives
• Facilitate POSH Committee and drive the orientation process
• Conduct Induction Programs
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Candidates residing in the western suburbs shall be preferred
