HR Executive

JR Sensing & Electronics Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is seeking an HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, attendance, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.

Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, benefits, and deductions.
   
2. Attendance Management: Monitor and record employee attendance, manage leave records, and coordinate with department heads for any discrepancies.
   
3. Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI): Manage PF and ESI contributions, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle related queries.
   
4. Statutory Compliances: Ensure the company is in compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
   
5. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and queries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
