Job Description
- Manage data related to new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, and pension control.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of the organizational structure within the system.
- Record and manage employee attendance and absence data.
- Enter data related to payroll, including deductions, benefits, bonuses, and new salaries.
- Generate and deliver various reports as needed.
- Address service requests through the C4C system and respond to inquiries by phone.
- Draft and manage contracts and other employment related documents.
- Perform any other tasks linked to the primary scope of the position.
- Masters in human resource, finance or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in HR data and payroll processing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., C4C, payroll software).
- Flexible to work in Latam shifts.
