In-process Inspection

- Monitoring deviations, root cause analysis andcorrective actions; reduce rejection and rework; process improvements and costreduction.

- Monitor in process Non-Conformity Report andClosure by CAR

Final Inspection

- Customer Interaction - Offer parts andassemblies for Customer Inspection and co-ordinate for Customer Clearance ofParts, if required.

- Organize First Article Inspection/ PartInspection / Final Assembly Inspection as per Customer requirements and QualityPlan either, In-house / Vendor location, as required.

- Organize and Monitor Final Inspection beforeDispatch and generate Inspection Reports and Create Dispatch advise

- Plan and Monitor for Procurement of Gauges /Inspection Instruments/ Calibration of Instruments.

- Maintenance of records of Quality InspectionReports, Test Reports, Project Documentation, Certificates, inspectionrequests, non-compliance reports and onsite monitoring/inspection as required.

- Ensure GRN clearance for Vendor Supplied RawMaterials and Parts request by ERP

- Compliance to Quality Systems AS 9100D, ISO27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; Improve Effectiveness of Quality Systems and itsadherence by all functions related to QCM

- Implement Best Practices and QualityMethodologies to improve Product and Process Quality -5S, Problem Solving, andTroubleshooting.

- Improve In-process and Final Product Quality byengaging internal stakeholders.
