Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for the Aerospace machine shop
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement
- Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including control plans, work instructions, and inspection reports
- Participate in customer and regulatory agency audits and assist with the closure of corrective actions
- Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree / DME in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, specifically within the aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and manufacturing techniques
- Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
