Mep Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  
• Prepare detailed designs for HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical installations, and fire fighting systems.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Strong understanding of HVAC system design principles; familiarity with VCB & SF6 technologies.

• VCB/SF6/Transformer size calculations

• HT cables size selection

• LT cable, ACB, MCCB, LT cable size selection according load.

• HVAC load calculations

• HVAC equipment selection

• FIrefighting system/ FA/PA/CCTV equipment selection.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in MEP engineering or a related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Civil, Electrical).
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications; knowledge of estimation software an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design principles; familiarity with VCB & SF6 technologies.

• plumbing works ( internal & external water supply)
