Trainee / Jr / Sr Technician

• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles as per Ducati manuals and process.
• Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment and interact with technical team at Ducati India.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service and ensure complete attention to the work listed in the job card.
• Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience and ensure hygiene right through the service operation of a vehicle.
• Test the functionality of parts and systems using Ducati diagnostic equipment and special tools
• Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and vehicle health.
• Repair and replace wear and tear items like brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles.
• Prepared to get additional certification as needed.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training as well as Ducati scheduled training programs.
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
• Keep and maintain a professional appearance always.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Should be passionate about automobiles/superbikes.
• Should be able work flexible hours(Sundays, holidays etc. with comp off. )
• Good communication skills and well-groomed personality.
• Must be willing to work on targets and incentives(every department/function has good incentives eg: upto 7, 000 per bike)

Age: 25 - 30

Exp. in years: 5 - 10
