Role Overview

As a Finance Concierge, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor, ensuring clients receive tailored investment solutions, expert guidance on Zinc Honors, and seamless onboarding to achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with wealth management experts, financial planners, and investment strategists to deliver high-value financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification & Advisory: Identify and qualify potential high-net-worth clients and facilitate advisory interactions with RIAs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring financial goals are met with responsive, customized wealth management strategies.
• Portfolio Management & Strategy: Guide clients through portfolio construction, asset allocation, and financial planning to optimize returns.
• Collaboration with FinOps Team: Work with financial operations specialists to manage investments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
• Market & Investment Analysis: Stay updated on financial trends, market movements, and investment opportunities to deliver data-driven financial advice.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

• Wealth Management & Financial Advisory Experience: 3-8 years in portfolio management, investment advisory, or private wealth services.

• Strong Financial & Business Acumen: 80% business, 20% financial expertise required.
• Client Relationship Expertise: Ability to engage and manage high-net-worth clients effectively.
• Financial Planning & CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and portfolio tracking platforms.
• Market & Investment Knowledge: Strong ability to analyze market trends, private equity, and asset management strategies.

• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, close deals, and retain high-value clients.

Preferred Background

• MBA (Finance, Sales, or Marketing) / Bachelor s in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Candidates from Financial Services, Fintech, or Investment Banking industries preferred.
• Experience with top-tier firms like Anand Rathi, Franklin Templeton, Groww, Deszire, and Mutual Fund companies.
• Relationship Managers, Business Leads, and Investment Advisors from premium financial institutions are ideal candidates.
