Graphic Designer

Skills required : MS Office, Skilled in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite , Proficiency in typography, colour theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals, Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements, Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into projects

Role : Use software, tools and designing skills to update training content of the Solutions training academy and develop short micro learning videos. Use the skills to modify/ upgrade and create aesthetically appealing content following branding guidelines of the organisation. Work with SMEs for modifications required. For e. g. for behavioural content, technical content, safety. The content is already available and may only need visual modifications.
