Job opening for QA- Customer Quality

Location: Pune

Experience: 7 to 9 yrs.

Preference : 1. Knowledge of Cylinder Head Cover and Injection Molding

2. Customer exposure of Nissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, TATA & Mahindra

Job Description:

• Ensuring overall product quality as per customer requirements and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction
• Analyze the customer requirements and resolve the identified problems and risks.
• Drive Structured problem-solving approach for any quality issues, rejections & initiating appropriate corrective actions, permanent actions & lessons learn along with Cross Functional team
• Interacting with different customers on day to day to establish & strengthen Customer Quality
• Responsible for creating awareness about product Quality & Customer specific requirements across.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly and component drawings and engineering specifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internal and external
• Capacity to work independently from general supervision (must be self-motivated once given direction/guidance)
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and obtain results working within strict time frames
• Good oral and written communication skills

Skill:

• 6 to 9 Years experience of Customer Quality
• Good connect and interaction with customer.
• Knowledge of Is-Is Not, G8D, CAPA, Gemba, Customer Complaint Handling etc
• Good knowledge of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/VDA FMEA/MSA/SPC/Control Plan/GD&T
• Internal Auditor IATF 16949 :2016
• Proficient in MS Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent discipline or equivalent work experience
