Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop test procedures for WDM, transponder, and Open ROADM optical systems.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of WDM, transponder, and Open ROADM components.
• Conduct performance benchmarking and testing of WDM, transponder, and Open ROADM systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WDM, transponder, and Open ROADM optical systems.
• Implement and optimize test instrumentation for WDM, transponder, and Open ROADM technologies.
• Provide quantitative analysis to determine root causes of technical problems and propose solutions.
• Document test procedures, results, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in WDM, transponder, and Open ROADM technology and testing methodologies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in optical testing and WDM, transponder, and Open ROADM technologies.
• Strong understanding of WDM, transponder, and Open ROADM principles and optical communication systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Python.
• Experience with test automation tools and precision measurement instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
