Job Description
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master.
- Experience in Agile project management teams.
- Experience in Planning and facilitating Scrum Ceremonies.
- Ability to manage end-to-end project life cycle and possess complete ownership of the project.
- Project planning, scope management, production release management and other project management skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tool Rally.
- Exceptional leadership, time management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
- Solid technical background Dot Net with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders and vendors.
- Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY.
- PMP Certification CSM, PSM, ASM or similar certification is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Insurance Domain Knowledge.
- Willing to work in shift 12 PM to 09:30 PM IST to overlap with EST and extend hours as needed.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and regular interactions with Onshore / offshore.
