Lead Python Engineer - Dashboard Design (6-13 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune or Bangalore. This is a critical position for a talented engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python, Tableau, RESTful APIs, Shell Scripting, XML, and on-premises deployments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key components of our enterprise applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of complex projects and contribute to the technical leadership of the team.

Key Responsibilities :

Must have : Python and Tableau along with Shell script experience.

- Lead the design and implementation of software applications and tools using Python.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

- Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration between systems.

- Write and maintain Shell Scripts for automation and system integration tasks.

- Work with XML data structures for processing and transforming data in various formats.

- Manage on-premises deployments and ensure smooth setup, integration, and support for enterprise-level applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, APIs, and data flow.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient integration of various systems.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, helping them grow in their technical abilities.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, workflows, and system architecture.
