Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join as Consultants Overseas Education , where youll serve as a mentor and trusted advisor to students. Youll guide them through their study abroad journey, providing comprehensive support in choosing the right courses, and universities, and managing the entire admission process. This role offers a dynamic environment with significant opportunities to create a meaningful impact on students lives.
Key Responsibilities - Take complete ownership of a group of students, including detailed counselling, course and country evaluation, and regular follow-ups.
- Build a deep understanding of the university admissions process and intake cycles.
- Establish trusted relationships with students to guide them on eligibility (GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL) and university admissions.
- Monitor the progress of student applications and coordinate with internal teams to address bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Student Counsellors, Loan Counsellors, and Test Prep teams.
- Manage post-offer processes, deposits, and visa coordination to ensure smooth enrollment.
- Execute sales strategies and meet targets for assigned intake cycles.
- Graduate or MBA in Business, Management, or Psychology.
- 1 to 4 years of experience, preferably in EdTech sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a student-first approach.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to research and handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in presenting, persuading, and effectively communicating solutions.
