Overseas Education Counselor (Study Abroad)

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with potential students and maintain regular follow-ups
• Proficient in data management and hands-on experience with MS Office
• Address student inquiries, provide initial counselling for relevant courses based on their profile and requirements
• Resolve queries and issues related to the study abroad product portfolio
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and previous experience as a consultant
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed, managing and juggling multiple tasks
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Location - Delhi NCR
• Minimum 2 years of counselling experience in overseas education for UK and Ireland
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for learning, and a winning attitude
• Demonstrated sales aptitude and ability to set new performance benchmarks
• Skills: MS Office, Consultation, Sales, Presentation
