About the Role

As a Team Lead , you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and growth of the sales team for one or more assigned products. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving results. You will mentor and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet targets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build a robust sales pipeline for assigned products.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct daily team briefings to motivate members and align on individual and team goals.
  • Own and enhance the training and quality standards of the sales team by providing regular feedback and interventions.
  • Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competition to the marketing team.
  • Prepare and present timely reports on key issues, along with proposed solutions.

  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, Lead Squared, or similar platforms.

Preferred : Exposure to financial and accounting courses or a similar industry.
