AM/Dy Manager - Sales & Marketing

Purpose of the position To Lead the activity of Welding System and Automation Sales Development NBD and New customer addition.Position Context Person will be responsible for New Business development as well Existign customer take care.

Position content Key areas of accountability/responsibility

1. Approach new customers and introduce to our company Product, Interaction with existing customer
2. Giving presentations to customers and arrange customer visits.
3. Get RFQs and prepare quote, get Information all about Project.
4. Negotiations for cost and lead time
5. Handling existing Key Accounts of the company
6. Expand SOB in existing Key Accounts
7. Internal coordination with the internal departments (design, development team, Costing Process)
8. Internal coordination for audits, customer visits.
9. Complexity of the position Knowledge and educational level Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Graduate
10. Required level of experiences 08-12 year experience in various functions related to Welding System and Automation Industries market analysis, business development, negotiation, Customer relation developments.
11. Preferred Industry Automation, Robotics and System House.
