Job Description
We, at Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Quanta), are a leading mid-sized design and engineering company specialised in front-end engineering design. We undertake projects involving multi-disciplinary engineering starting from concept to commissioning of the plant. This position shall further strengthen our front-end as well as detail engineering skills. Strong Civil & Structure engineering skills are essential for this position.
- Lead the Civil activities for the designated project
- Lead client meeting including project kick-off / review / closeout meetings
- Assign responsibilities and monitor performance of team members
- Lead Civil interaction with client to ensure satisfaction
- Support recruitment activities
- Participate in internal review meetings
- Coordinate intra-discipline activities
- Support Business development activities
- Support Proposal development
- Participate in project acquisition meetings
- Experience:- Min 10-15 years
- Qualifications:- BE/ ME Civil from recognized university & throughout 1 st class
- Experience in the civil / structural design in a consultancy environment
- Extensive experience in civil / structural design with excel worksheet, interdisciplinary coordination & Good Knowledge of FEM Analysis
- Knowledge of various Industry Codes and Standards
- Sound academics from reputed institute and good communication skills in verbal & written English.
- Good networking skills
- Must have good convincing power
- Good people skills, interpersonal relationship management, and team player
