Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) to drive revenue growth by converting leads into paying customers . The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach .

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth .
Lead Conversion: Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert prospects into customers.
Database Management: Build, update, and maintain calling/mailing databases .
Market Research & Outreach: Utilize various sales tools to identify new business opportunities .
Product Promotion: Demonstrate and enhance existing product offerings to meet customer needs.
Follow-Ups & Retention: Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

Inside Sales & Telesales Experience (B2C): 2-5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or software sales .
Strong Sales Acumen: Ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and close deals effectively.
Target-Driven Mindset: Must be goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets .
Excellent Communication & Relationship Management: Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in selling software products/services , ideally in EdTech .
Self-motivated & Detail-Oriented: Exhibits perseverance, diligence, and a proactive attitude .
