Engagement Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a background in Java or .NET development who has transitioned into managing full-scale engagements. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, overseeing engagement commitments, cost estimation, profitability, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire engagement, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate resources, scheduling, deliverables, and quality compliance.
- Serve as the team leader, managing productivity, retention, and motivation.
- Oversee budgeting, profitability, and work with account managers on commercial aspects.

Requirements:
- 8+ years in project management, ideally with prior experience in Java/.NET development.
- Strong stakeholder management, cost estimation, and resourcing skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership abilities.
- Educational Qualification: BE/MBA/MMS/PGDBA with first class throughout academics.

Interview Process:
