Siebel Administrator - CRM Implementation

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Siebel CRM administration.

- Hands on with application migration and configuration of Siebel Application server, Siebel tools and Siebel Mobile client and its multiple upgraded patch sets.

- Experience in Siebel Migration from On-premises to cloud (AWS and OCI).

- Experience with Siebel server management, local database extracts, monitoring of Siebel components.

- Experience in Job Administration (running jobs for EIM, Workflow Process batch manager, Batch Assignment).

- Experience in User Administration through LDAP, handling identity management.

- Experience working with different OS (Windows, UNIX) and database platforms.

- Understanding of Siebel Application Architecture and data model.

- Working experience of Siebel 6/7 and above is an added advantage.

- Experience in troubleshooting issues based on logs of Siebel component useful in issue verification and taking proactive corrective action in advance to avoid unnecessary delays.

- Excellent communication and leadership and interpersonal skills on coordinating with project team, extremely motivated, goal-oriented team player.
