Siebel Crm Consultant

We are hiring for a Siebel CRM Consultant

Work Mode   -WFO

Experience -5-7 Yrs

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Siebel system Roll-out and Improvement projects for the wholesale European branches;
• Standardize and improve the current programs (CRM);
• Business analysis and customer service for new requirements;
• Takeover from the project team and ensure post-implementation system stabilization for the new sites;
• Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design;
• Solve unexpected situations from users;
• Implement new programs for new business processes;
• Comply with internal work processes like Change Miner and ITSM.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Information Technology Degree or Business Administration (or comparable qualification)
• 5 - 8 years experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle PL/SQL programming;
• Good experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel eScript or Siebel VB, Business Services;
• Familiar with Siebel application automation, Workflow, Siebel EIM, and data mapping design;
• Experience working on large, complex projects with tight deadlines;
• Web/App Mobile skills, OS, DB, WEB and WAS Knowledge will be considered a plus;
• Very good English skills - spoken and written.
