NCC L1 Engineer

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc.IT (Qualification is Mandatory)

Skills Required:
CCNA
Routing and Switching
BGP (Border Gateway Protocol)
OSPF (Open Shortest Path First)
Hands-on experience with CISCO equipment

Job Responsibilities:
Provide 24*7/365 support for network monitoring.
Perform first-level troubleshooting.
Maintain high uptime for client's businesses globally.
Coordinate timely with global internet service providers to ensure faster resolution of network issues.
Possess good communication skills to effectively manage and resolve issues.

Skill Level Required:
NCC Level 1 expertise
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CISCO.
