Manager - Financial Reporting & Audit (Only CA)

Qualified CA with atleast 3+ yrs of relevant exp. after CA completion.

This is work from office position in Noida Sector 68.

Position Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Work closely with different functional teams to ensure: Accurate and timely accounting and maintenance of books and records.
• Preparation of Monthly Financials in compliance with Ind AS and handling group team requirements
• Handling quarterly statutory audit (Big 4) and half yearly internal audit as per the timelines agreed with the management
• Ensure audit schedules and other deliverables are provided to the auditors as per timeline
• Ensure monthly closure of Trial Balance and preparation/review weekly/Monthly MIS as per closing calendar
• Review of weekly payments and invoices booked
• Review of monthly employee travel reimbursement
• Maintaining Fixed Assets Register - Capitalisation of Fixed Assets, Depreciation Run, Fixed Assets Insurance
• Ensuring timely Compliances of MSME Act, DPT-3 etc.
• Work with external vendors and consultants to implement system upgrades and enhancements.

Competencies

• Good Experience in preparing ind AS compliant Financial Statement and other reports
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Working knowledge of direct tax and GST with practical applicability.
• Ability to handle Big 4 Audit firms and knowledge of IND AS
• Experience in SAP Business One will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills (read, write, and spoken)
• Good command over MS Excel and Power Point
