Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing client relationships or accounts to bring new business to the company.
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry, specifically targeting the European and UK markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued growth and client satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Market Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to position our services effectively for onsite and offshore recruitment solutions.
- Visa & Compliance Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Europe and UK visa models and compliance requirements in the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in recruitment business sales, with a focus on staffing, talent acquisition, and recruitment services.
- Client Network: Established portfolio of clients in Europe and the UK (a strong network in the technology, finance, or emerging tech sectors is a plus).
