Location: 3rd floor, VLV Complex, Old # 21, New# 41, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600015, IN

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
