We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain project timelines will be crucial.

Responsibility

1. Project Planning and Initiation:
   • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
   • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
   • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Utilize your experience in mobile apps, web apps, websites, APIs, databases, and DevOps to guide the team and solve complex technical issues.
3. Execution and Monitoring:
   • Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
   • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and risks.
   • Address any deviations promptly and adjust plans as needed.
4. Resource Management:
   • Allocate resources efficiently both human and material.
   • Coordinate with team leads to ensure optimal resource utilization.
   • Foster a collaborative work environment.
5. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Proactively address issues to prevent project delays.
   • Maintain risk logs and communicate updates to stakeholders.
6. Communication and Reporting:
   • Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and senior management.
   • Provide regular project status updates.
   • Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
7. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
   • Conduct thorough reviews and testing.
   • Implement continuous improvement processes.
8. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
   • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
   • Solicit feedback and incorporate it into project enhancements.
9. Budget Control:
   • Monitor project expenses and adhere to budget constraints.
   • Collaborate with finance teams for accurate financial tracking.
10. Project Closure:
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
    • Celebrate successes and address areas for improvement.
    • Ensure smooth transition to maintenance or next phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, IT).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in [IT Industry].
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for project management.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Minimum Experience Required

• For Experienced: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in mobile apps, web apps, websites, APIs, databases, and DevOps.
