Compliance Executive-RERA

About the role:

As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compliance with RERA regulations and effectively managing project financials. This role involves overseeing RERA registrations, project cost classifications, and supporting the financial compliance requirements of ongoing projects. You should have a strong understanding of RERA regulations and project financial management within the real estate sector, with the ability to handle both regulatory and financial compliance seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• RERA Compliance Management - Ensure timely and accurate submission of RERA registrations and related documents. Additionally, you will ensure that all project extensions, corrections, and revisions are accurate and completed on time.
• Project Financial Management - Responsible for conducting quarterly portal updates, preparing Form 3 and Form 5, reconciling the Sales MIS with actual receipts in the books of accounts, and ensuring all related financial processes are accurate and up-to-date
• RERA Reporting and Documentation - Generate and submit CERSAI reports and declarations on time, ensuring their accuracy. Additionally, you will maintain and update all RERA-related documentation to support audits and ensure compliance.
• Client Communication and Support - You will have to communicate effectively with clients, keeping them updated on regulatory changes.
• Ownership Must take full ownership of compliance, ensuring successful delivery of all tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• CA dropouts can also be considered for the role.
• Minimum of 3 of experience in Compliance Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the Mumbai real estate market.

Location & Work shifts:

• Office Location: Andheri (Traveling is a must for this role)
• Working hours: 9am-6pm (May extend depending on the work)
• Working days: Monday-Friday, 1st & 3rd Saturday is working
