We are seeking a skilled Data Science & Analytics Manager with expertise in R and data science principles. This role requires a highly analytical, solution-oriented professional who can drive insights and lead data-driven initiatives to support decision-making across departments.

Shift - Work in India, day shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain global R codebase for generating datasets and tables, listings, and figures in accordance with clinical trial data requirements and extract data from large databases for analysis.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement project-specific data needs

- Provide technical expertise and support for data analysis and reporting tasks

- Perform quality control and validation of outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Contribute to process improvements and development of programming standards using R expertise

Project Leadership:

- Oversee data projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting high standards of quality and accuracy.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Partner with business teams to understand analytical needs and deliver insights in a clear and impactful way.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science)

- Min 4+ Years of pharma experience in R programming and dataset management. Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools in R

- Experience with clinical trial data and familiarity with CDISC ADaM and SDTM standards

- Knowledge in Industry R packages like ADMIRAL and OAK

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with SAS software

- Pharma background and knowledge preferred

- Familiarity with open-source repositories and products
