FinCrif - Data Scientist (4-7 yrs)

- CRIF is seeking an experienced professional to join the Research & Insights team.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of big data architecture, data models, and bureau data.

- This role involves analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve client outcomes.

- The candidate will also independently handle client conversations with a consultative approach, benchmarking against industry standards to deliver data-driven solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand and work with existing big data database architecture, data models, and bureau data.

- Continuously monitor industry credit data and generate insights from large datasets.

- Analyze data to interpret trends, identify emerging patterns, and provide actionable insights.

- Handle diverse client problem statements with a consultative approach.

- Benchmark client data against industry standards and deliver actionable recommendations.

- Provide in-depth analysis to support client decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage insights for product and service enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Lending, BFSI, or Insurance domains.

- Proven experience in insurance analytics or lending analytics.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights.

- Expertise in industry credit data analysis and generating actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions independently.

- Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools is preferred.

- A strong consultative approach and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Finance, Economics).

- Experience in market insights, research, or data-driven decision-making roles.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
