Senior Manager - Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

✔ Increase the production capacity

✔ Improve productivity and reduce operational cost

✔ Improve customer satisfaction by producing quality products

✔ Ensure smooth and productive employee relations

Responsibilities:

✔ Analyze production process for identification and removal non-value adding

processes, bottlenecks etc

✔ Evaluate the options of outsourcing the bottleneck operations-compare costs

✔ Plan for new capacity addition in discussion with the top management

✔ Set the targets to ensure motivation and continuous improvement.

✔ Oversee the various cost heads such as tools, consumables, power, etc

✔ Drive continuous improvements in process

✔ Upgrading quality standards to reduce cost of rejections

✔ Prepare the annual monthly, daily plans such that the targets are met
