Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps and Release Management. This role is critical in supporting the smooth execution of Salesforce-related releases and automating deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and automate the Salesforce deployment pipeline using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, ANT, Maven, and SFDX CLI.

- Collaborate with development teams to establish release management best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment processes.

- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.

- Provide expertise on Salesforce environments and manage the deployment, release, and version control activities.

- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide solutions to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

- Ensure seamless integration of code into different Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production).

- Continuously improve deployment processes by implementing best practices for release management.

- Document all deployment activities and provide status updates to stakeholders.

- Monitor, track, and report the progress of deployment activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps and Release Management.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, ANT, Maven, and SFDX CLI.

- Proficient in managing Salesforce environments, including Sandbox, Production, and other related environments.

- Experience in automating deployment processes and managing version control within Salesforce.

- Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle processes (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.).

- Good understanding of deployment automation best practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory) :

- Experience in working with Salesforce DX (SFDX) for managing and deploying Salesforce applications.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
