Customer Support Executive(WFM-Prior Exp in International Voice )

Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: 2-3 months training will be imparted about Product in the DAY SHIFT from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm at the office at Neelankarai, ECR, Chennai , then work-from-home set up

Shift Timings: Night shifts From 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM or From 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST for WFM setup

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer support emails, chats, and calls for USA, UK, and France.
• Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
• Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned).
• Handle and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon.
• Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in customer support (handling international customers is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage).
• Experience with Shopify is preferred.
• Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
• Comfortable working night shifts and meeting performance targets.
