Work Experience: 5-10 Years

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in shorthand and typing (e.g., 80+ WPM).
• Strong grammar and formatting skills.
• Familiarity with transcription tools and MS Office Suite.
• Certification in stenography preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate shorthand notes during meetings, speeches, or proceedings.
• Transcribe notes into clear, well-formatted documents.
• Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks
