Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction & Lead Conversions: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, schedule appointments etc.

• Support Digital Marketing Team by converting leads.

• Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales records.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Medical fraternity, operations, marketing and others, to ensure smooth operations.

• Customers' Feedback: Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services offered, and handle any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree .

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
