Role & responsibilities
Front Desk:
Greet and welcome all guests, members, and visitors to the innovation hub in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the front desk and reception area, handling inquiries, coordinating meeting room bookings, coordinating visitor gate pass, and assisting with event logistics
Manage the hub's visitor sign-in and access control systems. Maintaining visitor log register.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assisting with photocopying, scanning and other office task.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk area.
Assist with event setup, hospitality, and other related tasks
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that arise, referring more complex inquiries to the appropriate department or manager.
Collaborating with management on process improvements and best practices.
Act as a brand ambassador for the innovation hub and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Administrative:
Provide administrative support to the innovation hub team as needed.
Overseeing the day to day operations of the office.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and managing travel arrangements.
Facility staff and housekeeping staff management.
Ensuring efficient and effective administrative procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling apps)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needs
Previous experience in a front desk at a business center, hospitality industry role is preferred
Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
