The Engineer reports to the Manager, Infrastructure Delivery and will form part of a global technology authority.

This IT Collaboration Engineer role will be accountable for supporting and implementing the collaboration tools like Microsoft365, DropBox and other technologies used for End User Collaboration, solution services, experience roadmap, and implementation plans for the adoption of digital collaboration capabilities enabled by Microsoft Office 365 (O365). This role will work with key stakeholders across the enterprise to transform our end-user computing services environment. It includes deploying, developing and improving productivity among the end user communities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join our Collaboration team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience with a sound knowledge of core infrastructure technologies such as Messaging, Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Managing Office 365, Exchange Server on-premises collaboration Infrastructure (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) end-to-end.

Implementing security features and working with engineering teams for designing, testing, and implementing enhancements.

Support integration with security compliance solutions.

Managing O365 licenses, costs with regular reporting.

Ensuring safety security of the data O365 infrastructure.

Supporting the escalated requests, major incident management, RCA RCCA.

Identifying implementing continuous improvement automation opportunities.

Mentor other resources analyze the incident trends and coming up with solutions.

Maintaining design configuration documentation up to date.

Maintain high end user experience.

Experience, Skills Knowledge

Bachelor s or Master s degree, O365 ITIL certifications. Level 2/3 experience in setting up and managing Exchange and Office 365 tenants.

Strong working experience on migrations and hybrid Exchange infrastructure.

Strong troubleshooting skills

Strong communication, customer service skills, demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing

Solid understanding of High Availability, Production Server PlatformsExperience designing and implementing Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server, and Active Directory

Practical knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Windows Server, Azure and Office 365 solutions.

Direct experience migrating from on-premises to cloud storage (SharePoint online, Teams etc.)

Direct experience with on-premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Hybrid deployments

Direct experience in managing and configuring Skype/Teams infrastructure understanding/experience in configuring and supporting conference room devices would be a plus.

Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE

Direct Experience migrating email from Exchange on-premises/hosted to Exchange online through various migration methods (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid)

Implementation of advanced functions of Office 365 Security and Compliance center - AIP, ATP, Mail flow rules management, Managing DNS records, Exchange online protection, SPAM security controls.

Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult personnel situations

Understanding/experience in managing Intune tenants and MDM would be an advantage.

Understanding of the network and bandwidth to support the collaboration tools

Positive, team-oriented attitude capable of working within a team and able to work with minimal supervision

Excellent documentation skills, supporting telephony, video, network and other collaboration devices

Must possess strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively relate to client needs
