Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• To generate leads from various e-marketplaces and other resources like social media and find out the prospective leads as per our selling product by cold calling.
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make them understand our product, solving their queries that why our product is different from the other manufacturers in the same industry.
• Taking follow-ups through various channels like whats app/emails/phone calls.
• Generate a sales pipeline to meet the sales targets.
• Manage and update the prospects in their respective place in our companys CRM and follow-up as per the CRM to Convert those prospects to our clients with regular follow-ups.
• Provide after-sales service for client retention.

Qualifications

• Graduate and Postgraduate
• Location: - Indore
• Experience: 2 - 3 years in sales
• Language: Proficient in English & Hindi

Skills required

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with MS office.
• Good listening and analytical skills
• One should be System Savvy.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and work.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills.

Fixed Salary: 2.25 lacs - 2.50 lacs PA
