Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

• Develop creative posts, small reels, and short-form videos for product promotion.
• Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Write engaging captions with a focus on storytelling and brand tone.

2. Platform Management:

• Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform features.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms and trends to optimize reach.

3. Promotion & Marketing:

• Create and run paid ad campaigns on platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Implement strategies for organic growth through hashtags, collaborations, and community engagement.
• Monitor analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social.

4. Engagement:

• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries.
• Build online community engagement.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
• Ability to create both visual and written content.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability.

Fixed Salary: 2.50 lacs - 3.00 lacs PA
