Planning Engineer

Role & responsibilities :-

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules (Gantt charts, PERT charts, etc.) using MS Project or similar software.
• Conduct resource allocation and leveling to optimize project timelines.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with project team members (engineers, architects, contractors, etc.) to gather data, resolve conflicts, and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with internal coordination team & follow-ups for drawings.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to get projects back on track.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide input to project risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Participate in project meetings, coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
