Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed digital ad sales revenue targets.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and offering customized advertising solutions.
● Pitch and secure high-value digital advertising deals, including branded content, influencer marketing, programmatic ads, and other creative solutions.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets and industries.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and optimized to meet client expectations.
● Monitor industry trends and competitive movements to deliver forward-thinking, impactful advertising solutions.
● Proactively handle the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal creation to deal closure.
Qualifications:
● MBA with 8-10 years of experience in digital ad sales or business development, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
● Proven ability to independently secure high-value deals and build a robust client portfolio.
● Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, branded content, and innovative marketing strategies.
● Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal oversight.
