Job Description
Company Overview : Raj Process Equipments and Systems Pvt Ltd is one of the leading process equipment manufacturer from India. We are in the business of Turn- key Plants, Dryers, Evaporators, Mixers, Process Equipments, Boilers.
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee the construction and execution of distillery and evaporator projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the construction phases from start to finish.
- Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Regularly inspect and monitor construction activities to meet engineering and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and manage construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for easy reference and auditing.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper communication and alignment between design and on-ground execution.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and track expenses to maintain budget compliance.
- Monitor and manage site execution to prevent cost overruns.
- Oversee contractor billing processes, ensuring accurate measurements and timely approvals.
- Validate contractor work against agreed-upon contracts and schedules.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and address any deviations in construction activities.
- Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project standards.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in site civil engineering, particularly in industrial projects like distilleries and evaporators.
- Proficiency in construction documentation and software tools.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety standards, and quality control.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
Note : This role requires candidates with prior experience in distillery or evaporator erection projects, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
