We have an opening for Officer Sales & Marketing for Chittoor, Kadapa, Anantapur locations.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with management to develop long-term strategic plans for enabling high customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ultimately, steady sales growth
• Establish yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales goals and ensure sales teams are motivated and encouraged to achieve the same
• Conduct regular check-ins with sales teams to monitor progress made towards goals and to identify areas of improvement for increasing sales further
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise sales professionals while ensuring positive morale at all times
• Develop and execute sales promotion and marketing campaigns within budget to increase brand awareness and thereby boost sales
• Travel frequently to meet existing and new customers in person and better understand their business needs and objectives as well as market trends
• Contribute to teams efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM from a reputed, accredited university
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or building materials industry, with a demonstrable track record of success
• Proven customer-facing experience in the B2C sector
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and sales best practices
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a knack for negotiations
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills for maximizing employee and team performance.
• Listening skills with a personable and approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with all areas of Chittoor, Anatapur, Kadapa Andhra Pradesh
• Superb verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
