Audit allbanquet charges before posting, verifying the accuracy of the calculations andattaching the latest event order.
Prepares andtransmits credit card deposits.
Processesall city ledger work to Finance Department.
Provides YesI Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
Seeksopportunities to improve the customer experience by seeking customer feedbackand reviewing management reports and developing strategies to improvedepartment and hotel services
Attends workon time as scheduled.
Followshotel grooming and hygiene standards.
Minimisessafety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures.
Keepsimmediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusualmatters of significance.
Performs allduties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance withestablished company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectivesof this position.
Maintains afavourable working relationship with all other company employees to foster andpromote co-operative and harmonious working climate.

High SchoolDegree is required
One yearexperience in similar position in the hospitality industry
Advancedexperience with Microsoft Office Suite
Able tocollaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensureteamwork
