Senior Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our next big venture, the SmartHub project - a cutting-edge web application aimed at revolutionizing project management, sensor data analysis, and asset management in the AEC space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical development of the SmartHub application, ensuring high standards of code quality and system architecture.

- Design and implement solutions for both frontend and backend components using our tech stack: Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical strategies and solutions.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.

- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends, continually driving innovation within the project.

- Ensure the project is executed at a fast pace without compromising on quality or performance.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Coding experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (5-7 years).

- Proven experience in leading and delivering complex software projects.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for coding and development.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the AEC industry or working with IoT-based solutions.

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
