Job description Group Head: Advertising Sales

Department Corporate Sales (Team Handling Role )

Location: Bandra (E), Mumbai

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Roles and responsibilities:

• To generate revenue for the market through prime time and non-prime time utilization via corporate clients and agencies for FCT and non-FCT (content integration, show sponsorships, local properties, and Web radio).
• To extract business from Delta clients & by tapping satellite markets.
• To acquire and negotiate with new retail clients & upgrade existing clients by studying and understanding their requirements and preparing presentations and proposals accordingly
• To prepare sales reports, including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection reports, monthly sales plans, etc. through competition tracking & market analysis
• To closely work with the creative team in order to effectively conceptualize the ad spots as per client requirements
• To work closely with collections team to ensure timely collections

Skill Set:

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Proven ability to position products against competitors
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Graduate or equivalent with minimum 10 years of work experience.

Other details:

Working days: Mon to Fri

Working time: 10 am to 6 pm
