Role & responsibilities
Responsible for the following activities
1) Sourcing, Screening and Identifying the right talent and hiring candidates from various job portals like Naukri, social media, referrals etc.,
2) Short listing the candidates and scrutinizing them for the second level of interview by regular follow-up with each department until closure.
3) Issue offer letter and follow up with the candidate.
4) Perform Background verification for the candidate by updating the employee details in the CRC format.
5) Forward the CRC tracker for ID generation and ensure that the same is updated in ZOHO People & HRMS.
6) Conduct induction training and issue the joining kit.
7) Ensure that the documentation process is completed by cross verifying with the Checklist.
8) Send weekly report on the Recruitment along with the candidate/Recruitment tracker.
9) Maintenance of attendance of staff at Chennai HO.
10)Senior management offer & onboarding process.
