We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our sales and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

A) Sales Manager (CNC Machines)
Job Title: Sales Manager
Reports To: RSM
Salary: Best in Industry, not a constraint for right candidate

Place of posting: Bangalore
Responsibilities: CNC Machine Sales
- Handling Sales of CNC/Turret Punching, Bending and Notching machines of our entire unit
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: CNC Machine Sales
- 6+ years in CNC/Turret punching, bending and notching machine sales experience
- Master's /Bachelor's degree (preferred) / Diploma in related domain (technical or engineering or any field) along with technical sales experience. (FMCG Sector candidates need not apply)
- Strong Turret / CNC punching, bending and notching machine theory and practical application experience and successful track record, recommended
- Technical Sales: 4 years (Preferred)

- Handling Sales of CAD / CAM softwares, like Cimatron, GibbsCAM, Metalix.
Cimatron is major CAD/CAM software for manufacturing product lines. They cater to all manufacturing sectors, offering specialized solutions for mould and die makers.
GibbsCAM is a powerful single-interface CAM system for all your CNC programming needs.
Metalix specializes in the development of advanced CAD/CAM solutions for the sheet metal industry.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
