Job Description

Role & Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, design, marketing) to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and activity tracking to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company services and identify potential clients.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Preferred Candidate Profile


  • Experience: 1-5 years in sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of software development, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
    • Self-motivated and goal-driven with excellent time management skills.
  • Other Qualities:
    • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
